Queensland’s Million Dollar Memo reached its final stages this week when the 20 finalists flew to the Australian region to fight for the prize. UK finalist Reading Room joins the other businesses in a bid to win AUS$1 million worth of business travel. They will face challenges in destinations such as the Gold Coast and Whitsundays over the next week. “This is an amazing prize and understandably the stakes are high, so we expect competition to be fierce over the next week,” said Jan Jarratt, Queensland’s minister for tourism, manufacturing and small business.
