Adventure travel specialist Gap Adventures has confirmed it will resume tour operations in Egypt beginning 17 March. “The security and safety of our travellers and staff is our top priority,” said Sue Barreau, Gap Adventures’ Middle East senior operations manager. “Information from our team of experts in the region indicates that the required tourism infrastructure is in place to safely and effectively operate our tours.”Tourism is a significant industry for Egypt, and we’re excited to help travellers from all parts of the world discover and experience the awe-inspiring region.” Gap Adventures has extensive experience operating adventure tours in Egypt, bringing more than 4,000 travellers a year to the destination.
