Germanwings launches nine new destinations

Germanwings has revealed that it will fly to nine new destinations in its summer 2011 schedule. Passengers travelling via Cologne/Bonn can now fly on to Bari and Pisa on one of four weekly flights and there are also two weekly flights to Cagliari in Sardinia. In addition, the airline has launched flights to Mallorca (four times a week) and a sixth flight to Salzburg will be operated from June. There will also be increased services to Croatia and Greece from the Cologne base. The airline has also launched the Bari and Cagliari flights from Stuttgart and Hanover will be newly connected to Naples, Bari, Venice and Catania. A Maastricht-Berlin route has also been launched.
