GHM opens regional office in China

(Singapore, June 3, 2010) - Asian-based luxury hotel and resort operator GHM [General Hotel Management] is to establish a regional office in China as part of the ongoing growth objectives for the company.
The new office in Shanghai, which will become GHM’s sales, development and management office effective from 1st June 2010, will be head up by Andreas Herbst, Vice President China.
The strategic decision to open an office in China is primarilay to drive the sales and marketing efforts for GHM and its properties by a dedictaed team to the China market. The team will also be responsible for the development and management of several new GHM hotels and mixed use development across China in the next few years.
Founded in 1992 by Adrian Zecha and Hans Jenni, GHM has an unrivalled reputation for conceptualising, developing and operating exclusive and stylish hotels and resorts worldwide.
