The Grand Hyatt Steakhouse will open at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong on 21 March. The new 110-seat American-style steakhouse will offer prime cuts of beef from the US, Canada and Japan, as well as a seafood and oyster bar, salad bar, wine room and a cigar tasting room.
Located on the hotel’s second floor, the Grand Hyatt Steakhouse is accessible from the hotel driveway, as well as from the Mezzanine level opposite to the Kaetsu Japanese restaurant. The main dining room offers view of the hotel lobby. A semi-private dining room accommodating up to eight people and a private room for 12-18 guests are also available.
Head Chef, David Campbell has sourced beef from three different origins: Canadian heritage angus beef from the Spirit River, Alberta; USDA prime Nebraska beef; and Japanese Kumamoto wagyu beef. Alternatives include Dutch veal chops, rack of US lamb, roasted organic chicken, ocean prawns and line-caught fish.
