GTMC announces more conference speakers

The Guild of Travel Management Companies (GTMC) has revealed that representatives from ACTE, Ikea and PricewaterhouseCoopers have been added as speakers at its overseas conference. Chris Crowley, president of the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) will be speaking at the event next month, which is to be held in Abu Dhabi. Yves Galimidi, global travel purchaser at Ikea and David Trunkfield, senior travel sector analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers will also be at the event. Topics to be included at the conference include the future role and models of TMCs; the impact of technology and how GTMC will be lobbying in the new political landscape. In addition, the GTMC’s 20/Twenty group will be presenting a follow-up to its ‘Rise of the Digital Native’ presentation it revealed two years ago.
