Gulf Air has opened its new ‘Falcon Gold’ lounge at Heathrow’s Terminal 4. The 6,500 square foot lounge has been designed to offer modern services with an Arabic influence. Features include views of the runway, a business centre with iMacs; printers and fax machines; free WiFi; a self-service buffet; prayer room; showers and two private family rooms. “The opening of the lounge is further an example of our commitment to invest in the UK market and our focus on improving our products and services,” said Samer Majali, CEO of Gulf Air. “With time increasingly at a premium, lounges are no longer just a place to wait for flights or transit spots between connections; premium passengers look for functionality as well as comfort.”
