IMPACT Bangkok offers reward programme

Bangkok, January 26, 2010 – IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., which manages and operates IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani is spending over 10 million baht producing the IMPACT Society Corporate Reward membership program. The company aims at offering special privileges for loyal customers, including corporate, event planners and organizers and travel agents when they hold their functions at IMPACT.

Mr. Loy Joon How, General Manager of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., said that the introduction of the IMPACT Society Corporate Reward Program is part of the plan to strengthen the customer relationship management (CRM) program, which the company has been active in organizing several activities over the last three months, and to reinforce the strength of the ‘Partnership for Success’ strategy.

“We plan to extend exclusive offer of the membership status of the IMPACT Society Corporate Reward Program to over 800 selected and long-term corporate partners who are professional exhibition organizers, professional convention organizers, destination management companies, professional organizations and associations and travel agents, who have been holding event at IMPACT over the years. All our loyal customers will receive the membership status within the next 12 months. We are spending over 10 million baht on production of the program’s collateral, marketing and public relations activities such as online advertising, customer alert through SMS - short messaging services - and direct mail to create customer awareness on the benefits of the Corporate Reward Program.”

IMPACT Society Corporate Reward Program membership holders will receive privileges when holding events and functions at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani. For instance, corporate cardholders can redeem their accumulated points for a cost reduction when using meeting rooms and light and sound systems or when dining at IMPACT restaurants and food and beverage outlets.

IMPACT Society Corporate Reward Program membership is the second in the IMPACT Society family. The first is the IMPACT Society Card, which is available only for end-user, and currently has 9,000 active members and continue to receive and welcome new applicants.

Mr. Loy concluded “We will continue to develop and offer new services to meet our customers’ needs, and to provide the greatest benefits possible. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and is also highlighted in our Business Partnership for Success strategy.”
