Group Product Delivery Manager – Travel Industry – Near Sheffield. A fantastic, newly created opportunity to join a well-established, reputable and growing travel business based near Sheffield where you will be responsible for taking ownership of the product/contracting teams and overseeing the delivery of their product to customers.

Group Product Delivery Manager Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the board, you will be responsible for overseeing the product and operations teams. You will oversee the contracting with all suppliers including hotels, attractions and DMC’s, ensuring competitive terms are agreed and continual improvement of the product to enhance customer satisfaction. You will also oversee the operations team that ensure the seamless delivery of the product, logistics, out of hours issues and ensuring the customer experience is second to none.

Group Product Delivery Manager Skills Required

• Strong commercial awareness and customer centric minded
• A track record of product/purchasing and commercial roles gained in the travel industry
• Logistical or operational experience
• Excellent supplier management skills
• Track record of leading, developing and growing teams
• Analytical and results focussed

Group Product Delivery Manager Package

A competitive salary of up to £60,oo per annum depending on experience, bonus (from 2022), 25 days holiday + bank holidays, free parking, discounted travel, auto enrolment pension
