What we are looking for:

We are seeking a Junior Sales. Candidates should have at least 1 year in travel the travel industry and feel ready to take the next step in your career.

What you will do:

• Ensure engagement of customer in the sales process using high quality communication skills
• Determine and understand customer’s requirements
• Assist in designing unique customer experiences using your creativity and knowledge of the destination
• Collaborate with reservations/operations to ensure seamless experience for customer
• Ensure timely and informative responses to all enquiries assigned to them

To succeed you need to have:

• Customer orientated approach and enjoy customer interaction
• Ability to deal with pressure and demanding clients
• High level of fluency in spoken & written English
• Previous experience in the travel industry
• Excellent teamwork
• Good organisational skills with an attention to detail
