Marketing Manager – Manchester – Recruitment. A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a well established organisation where you will be responsible for creating multi channel campaigns to target and attract new people in to the business.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities

Sat within the recruitment team, you will be providing leadership to one other Marketing Exec and managing the relationship with both digital and creative agencies. You will help shape the medium and long term recruitment strategy by formulating creative and effective marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and identify qualify prospects to join the organisation. You will continually analysed the ROI and effective ness of various campaigns to ensure the best methods are being utilised.

Marketing Manager Skills Required

• A broad and generalist marketing skill set encompassing both digital and creative
• Previous experience managing agencies
• Strategic capability and a track record of creating marketing plans that are aligned to business needs
• Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and measuring the ROI of campaigns
• Ability to work in a fast pace and agile environment

Marketing Manager working arrangements

A highly competitive salary is on offer in line with experience and to be discussed on application.

A hybrid working arrangement can be available but we are looking for someone who can commit to 3 days in the office per week with the flexibility to work remotely a couple of days a week in the Manchester based office.
