Job Description

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant – Homeworker Required for an expanding business travel company. They are looking for a very experienced business travel consultant with strong Galileo knowledge to join the team and will pay £28K.

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultants – duties:
– Dealing with a range of clients ranging from Banks, insurance companies to high profile entertainment clients both in the UK and USA.
– Dealing with clients once the office is closed, evenings, nights and weekends.
– Booking flights, car hire, rail and hotels using Galileo.
– Problem solving, making amendments, dates changes, re-issues etc.

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant – Skills required:
– Strong business Travel consultant experience
– Great Galileo knowledge is essential.
– Previous Homeworking experience would be highly advantageous.
– Outstanding Customer Service skills

Additional Information:
– Home based
– Paying £28K
– Working hours – based on a 4 week rotation consisting of 2 weekend off and 2 weekends on.
Mon – Fri working 10.5hr shifts + 1hr lunch between 07.00 – 23.00
Sat – Sun working 7hr shifts + 30 min break between 07.00 – 23.00
– Over a 4 week period it averages out to be a 37.5hr week.
– 25 days holiday
