Technical Product Manager – Remote Working- Travel Industry. A fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong technical proficiency to take up this newly created role where you will be responsible for sourcing, managing and implementing both third party and proprietary technology in to this global corporate travel company.

Technical Product Manager Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading a team of 3 and managing a wide range of stakeholders including development teams, third party technology providers, internal business leaders and external clients. Working closely with the business to understand their needs, you will translate this in to technical briefs for the development team, identify what technologies are out their to drive business success, client satisfaction and operational efficiencies. You will drive the adoption and use of new digital products and lead on the roll out of new technologies.

Technical Product Manager Responsibilities

• Must have a background in the travel industry with a broad understanding of travel industry technologies such as GDS (Amadeus / Galileo), NDC, Booking Tools (Atriis / Concur / Cytric)
• Track record of leading and developing small teams
• A start-up mentality, willing to get hands on and build something from the ground up
• Experience working in an Agile environment and sprint methodologies
• Whilst you dont need to have a development background, some level of tech understanding such as the ability to write scripts would be good to see

Technical Product Manager Package

A competitive basic salary to be discussed on application, private health after 6 months service, 22 days holiday + 8 public holidays with the ability to buy/sell another 5 days per annum, discounted travel, life assurance, flexible benefits. Contactual hours Monday-Friday, 9am – 5.30pm. Some UK Travel Required
