Korean Air boosts Southeast Asian routes

Korean Air will increase the number of flights it offers to Southeast Asia this summer.
During the peak holiday season of 23 July to 24 August, flights between Seoul Incheon International Airport and the northern Thai city of Chiang Mai will grow from four times a week to daily, while the route from Incheon to the Vietnamese resort town of Nha Trang will be doubled from two to four flights per week from 19 July to 10 September.
Also in Vietnam, Korean Air will add three weekly flight to its Danang route from 28 July, taking the total frequency to daily, and in Malaysia the airline’s Kota Kinabalu service will increase from two to four weekly flights between 22 July and 22 August.
Korean Air will also add more services to US Pacific destinations this summer, with flights to Honolulu rising from 17 to 21 flights per week between 24 July and 10 September, and the Incheon-Guam route increasing from daily to 11 flights per week.
