Guest Writer

From the start of next year’s summer timetable, you will be able to travel with Lufthansa to Tashkent in Uzbekistan for the first time. Three non-stop flights per week from Munich will offer you the best connections to the capital city north of the famous Silk Road from 28 March 2010:

Tue., Thur., Sun.
LH 644 Munich 8.15pm - Tashkent 5.05am
Mon, Wed, Fri.
LH 645 Tashkent 6.45am - Munich 10.15am +1

The flights will be operated with a Boeing 737-800. In the Business and Economy Classes, which will feature the latest interior and equipment, you will enjoy a generous amount of space in a particularly quiet atmosphere, along with the best in comfort. The ergonomic seats in Business Class invite you to relax and can be transformed into two-metre long beds at the push of a button. Lufthansa Media World will ensure that you have plenty of variety and great entertainment, while generous working surfaces will make it possible to work in comfort. Economy Class passengers will also enjoy a special personal service, thanks to the low number of seats. With ergonomic backrests on the seats and extra leg room, you are guaranteed a pleasant flight. You will be able to assemble your own individual entertainment programme for viewing on a personal screen.
The new route will supplement Lufthansa’s existing extensive range of flights to the CIS states.
