The 330-room JW Marriott Hotel Hangzhou and the 330-room Courtyard by Marriott Hangzhou City Centre will become part of Marriott’s portfolio under a management agreement with Hangzhou Wulin Real Estate Co.
The properties will both be situated on an 80,000sqm complex in the the city’s CBD, and will be connected by palladium housing conference facilities, restaurants and lounges.
