A new five-star resort will open in Cornwall this summer after a GBP16 million development.
Named Una St Ives, the hotel will be self-catering but incorporate and emphasis on Cornish food, local services and entire experience.
A restaurant, deli, spa and infinity pool will be part of its facilities as well as meeting and event space.
The first stage of the three-year project will open in August with 41 properties that range between one and four bedrooms.
A further 78 properties will be built in the next two years.
“Una St Ives is carefully crafted, marrying laid-back Cornish living with natural indulgence. The welcoming, open and calming space at the centre of Una is what will really set it apart; the accessible spa, leisure amenities plus a dynamic restaurant and deli means guests can have everything as and when they need it,” said Sean Hodgson, sales director at Una St Ives.
