Travel Indochina has launched a new online training programme for travel agents.
The new programme, named Asia Guru, covers three stages and aims to improve knowledge of the brand as well as the Indochina destinations.
The first stage named ‘Bronze Tiger’ focuses on the Travel Indochina story and its core destinations Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
Further stages named ‘Silver Buffalo’ and ‘Gold Dragon’ will cover the tour operator’s other destinations.
The training programme includes video footage and the company’s ‘Insider Experiences’ as well as Agent Toolbox resources such as an image library and cheat sheets.
“We developed this online training programme as we recognise the need to provide comprehensive destination and product information to agents to help them navigate the overwhelming choice in the market and provide the best outcome for their clients,” said Paul Hole, co-founder and managing director at Travel Indochina.
Agents that complete the Bronze Tiger level by 31 December 2013 will be in with the chance of winning one of 10 GBP50 Love2Shop vouchers.
