A Japanese hotel is offering its guests the world’s most expensive grapes, The Times of London has reported. The Ruby Roman grapes, which have taken 14 years to develop, will sell for approximately US$909 per bunch - or nearly US$26 per grape. Fujio Uko, Head Chef at the Kagaya Inn described the grapes’ taste as “sweet but fresh at the same time, and very well balanced”.
