About Océane Chanha
During my studies, I was able to develop dual skills in hospitality and tourism industries.
In the hotel industry, I developed skills as Receptionist, Guest Relation, Reservation coordinator, Front Office Team Lead and then Front Office Manager in a Palace worldwide renowned.
My years, spent in DMC (Destination Management Company), remain closely linked to the hotel industry since the customer relationship, offering the best stay/experience ever to our clients as well as pushing the sales to reach our goal are the priorities. During my time in this industry, I develop management skills as Operations Manager and then Sales and Reservations Manager.
My professional experiences allowed me to acquire all the qualities and standards necessary to luxury hotels as well as qualities in management.
I lived over 5 years in Bangkok before returning to France during the pandemic. I am now back to Bangkok and I’m looking for a new opportunity in the city. Kindly note that I’m open to a new role in the Hotel, DMC or OTA industries.
