Profits rise at Rosewood Corniche

Jeddah’s luxury hotel, the Rosewood Corniche, is celebrating a successful year following the announcement of key performance indicators.
The property’s in-room revenue increased by 8.2% in 2013 while occupancy levels have increased by 3.7% compared to 2012.
Revenues were further boosted during the peak season from June to November, prompting an increase of 6.1% in revenue per available room (RevPAR) and 2.6% in the Average Daily Rate (ADR).
The hotel also reported an overall increase of 1.2% in its Gross Operating Profit (GOP) with the total revenue being 2.9% higher than the forecasted budget.
