Royal Jordanian recently announced that all its flights operating between Jordan and Iraq are running as scheduled. This is in exception to those operated to Mosul which were temporarily suspended since last Tuesday due to the prevalent security situation there.
The airline connects to five Iraqi cities: Baghdad, Basra, Sulaymaniah, Erbil and Mosul. The flights to these cities are running as usual; nine weekly flights to Baghdad, four to Basra, four to Sulaymaniah, nine to Erbil and two weekly flights to Mosul, which will be resumed after security conditions become stable in this city and its airport.
