Rotana showcases its 2020 vision

Rotana Hotels and Resorts is all set to continue its expansion with opening of 15 properties across the remainder of this year and 2016.
The group has plans to strengthen its presence in Turkey and Bahrain, while 2016 will also see opening of the group’s first property in the capital of Democratic Republic of Congo marking Rotana’s increasing footprint in Africa. The hotels add 3,769 rooms to Rotana’s existing 13,875–strong room count across its global property portfolio.
Omer Kaddouri, president and CEO of Rotana said: “Rotana has a robust development pipeline for 2016. By extending the brand into new cities while also reinforcing our market leadership in the Middle East. We have also come closer to realising our ambitious vision of operating 100 hotels by 2020. We are constantly looking for growth opportunities.”
The Group has witnessed a breakthrough into Kinshasa in Democratic Republic of Congo. The next 15 properties to be managed by Rotana are Dalga Residences by Rotana in Istanbul, scheduled for opening in Q4 of 2015, Capital Centre Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi to open in Q4 of 2015, City Centre Rotana in Doha to open in Q4 of 2015, Downtown Rotana in Manama to open in Q4 of 2015, Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana in Riyadh scheduled for Q1 of 2016, Centro Shaheen in Jeddah by Q1 of 2016, Kinshasa Arjaan by Rotana in Kinshasa by Q1 of 2016, Centro Capital in Doha by Q1 of 2016, Amman Rotana in Jordan by Q1 of 2016, Vazo Residences by Rotana in Istanbul by Q1 of 2016, Centro Waha in Riyadh by Q2 of 2016, Capital Centre Rotana in Abu Dhabi by Q2 of 2016, Erbil Arjaan by Rotana by Q3 of 2016, Sulaymaniyah Rotana in Iraq by Q3 of 2016 and Centro Olaya in Riyadh by Q3 of 2016.
