S’pore visitor centre closes for refurbishment

The Singapore Visitor Centre along the city-state’s shopping stretch of Orchard will be closed for refurbishment works from 1 August.
It is scheduled to re-open by mid-September and will a feature, among other things, a mobile video booth where visitors can record their unique personal experiences of Singapore.
A temporary tourist information counter will be located at a nearby mall.
