UK hotel owner and operator Four Pillars Hotels has been acquired by US-based investment firm Starwood Capital Group.
The transaction includes 863 rooms across five owned and leased hotels and one managed hotel in Oxfordshire.
These are the Cotswold Water Park, Tortworth Court, Oxford Spires, Oxford Thames, Oxford Witney and Oxford Abingdon.
