The Travel Visa Company has expanded into the corporate market with its products and services.
The visa specialist aims to offer an “effective and efficient visa application process” for business travellers having already provided the service to the leisure industry for 14 years.
“We are delighted to be in a position to launch our expanded and dedicated corporate division as our success is testament to the strength of the UK burgeoning import and export markets,” said the company’s co-founder Karen Taylor.
“Applying for visas can be complicated, time consuming and thwart with various territory specific legislations, our goal is to deliver a quick and professional service for business travel agents that require corporate visas for a range of purposes,” she added.
To help with its growth in the sector, as well as its traditional leisure business, the company has appointed a new head of sales in Philip Ashwell.
Ashwell previously worked at Virgin Holidays as national business development manager and will now be responsible for The Travel Visa Company’s sales team and new business development.
Crewe-based The Travel Visa Company specialises in travel to China, Russia, India and Africa and posted a turnover of GBP1.2 million in 2012.
