Tibetan market to reopen
The riot-damaged market in the Tibetan capital Lhasa plans to reopen to foreign tourists by the end of the month, Xinhua news agency reported.
The 300-year-old Chomsigkang market was badly damaged by anti-government protestors in mid-March. Xinhua reported that 80% of the 1,300 stalls have since reopened.
