Tsunami dog reunited with owner

A dog which spent three weeks at sea following the 11 March tsunami in Japan has been united with its owner. Two year-old Ban was found by the by a Japan Coast Guard nearly 2km off the coast of Miyagi prefecture, northeast Japan, sitting on the roof of her house, which had been washed out to sea by the huge wave.”We’ll never let go of her,” the BBC reported the owner as saying, while Ban was reportedly equally overjoyed to see her owner again, jumping up and wagging her tail.
