Air France will launch Airbus A380 flights between Paris and Singapore next month.
Following an initial service on 1 April 2012, the national carrier will operate three weekly A380 flights between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Singapore’s Changi airport between June and the end of October 2012. A further four weekly flights will be operated using a Boeing 777-300.
Air France’s A380 is equipped with 516 seats in a four-class configuration, with nine La Première first class seats on the main deck and 80 Affaires business class seats on the upper deck, as well as 38 Premium Voyageur premium economy and 389 Voyageur economy class seats divided between the two decks.
The aircraft will also feature a gallery area, six bars located in all cabins and a brand new in-flight entertainment system featuring larger video screens.
The addition of the A380 on the route will increase Air France’s passenger capacity on the route by 30%.

In total Air France and KLM operate 14 weekly flights to Singapore.
