Air India proceeds with Dreamliner purchases

Air India will go ahead with its purchase plan of 27 Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft. The airline expects to take delivery of seven Boeing Dreamliners in the next fiscal year starting April 2012, stated a report by Reuters.
“It is a good plan for Air India,” said Civil Aviation Minister, Ajit Singh, confirming the Dreamliner order.
