Gillian Bray has been named as business development manager at Midcounties Co-op Travel. Bray, former sales and recruitment manager for the north and Scotland at Freedom Travel Group, will take up her new position at the end of May when the consortium officially launches.
Raj Mistry has been appointed business development manager in the south of England for Travel Indochina. Mistry will oversee sales, training and marketing in the region and joins Travel Indochina after his role as district sales manager for Collette Worldwide Holidays.
Jason Hindle has been promoted to head of commercial at Holiday Extras. Hindle joined Holiday Extras in 2009 and was previously commercial revenue manager. He will now manage a team of 10 as well as existing airport hotel and parking contracts.
Tony Tabner has been named sales and business development manager at Condor Ferries. Tabner will oversee sales through travel agents and has previously held senior roles at Meon Travel Group, P&O Ferries and Norwegian Cruise Line.
Sandy Pollard has been named as the new general manager at Cape Grace, Cape Town. Before joining the property, Pollard had held operational roles across the food service, telecommunications and real estate sectors.
Mick Talbot has been appointed director of sales for the UK and Ireland at EasyRMS. Talbot has worked within the airline and hotel industry for 35 years including roles at IHG, GTA and EZYield.
Florence Dubois has been appointed director sales and marketing at Le Royal Monceau-Raffles Paris. Dubois has joined the hotel after 13 years at the GAL Hotel Group, where she was most recently VP sales and marketing.
