ALAN SNYMAN from South A
frica has been appointed executive chef at the Amwaj Rotana Hotel Dubai. Snyman has more than 18 years in the culinary field and will lead the kitchen team at the hotel. His previous assignments include the position of executive sous-chef in well-known hotels in Dubai, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and Ireland. In his new role, Chef Alan will be responsible to oversee and develop the culinary direction for the Hotel’s acclaimed restaurants.
