Holland America Line has released a new Master Chef’s International Dinner to introduce signature dishes from across the globe.
The menu will be offered once on each cruise and showcase dishes from six continents and devised by HAL’s Master Chief Rudi Sodamin. Guests can choose their international three or four course meal from a 20-dish menu, which includes appetizers, entrees, and deserts from Asia, Australia, Europe, Africa, North and South America.
Also on offer is Chef Rudi’s ‘Tour around the World’ menu including a pre-selected three-course meal. “Each dish captures the essence of the region’s cuisine with each course complementing the next, making for a truly exquisite dining experience for our guests,” said Richard Meadows, executive vice president marketing and sales at HAL.
