The progress of the mixed-use development – The Abdali Boulevard – was recently inspected by His Excellency minister of tourism and Antiquities Nayef Al Fayez alongside the Chairman of the federation of Tourism Association, GM of Jordan Hotel Association, and a number of officials from the Ministry.

As one of the key developments of Abdali, the new downtown of Amman, the Abdali Boulevard combines business, leisure and contemporary urban lifestyle in one address offering a diverse array of attractions ranging from offices to serviced residences, and entertainment facilities to markets with boutiques, restaurants and coffee shops amongst others.

His Excellency, Nayef Al Fayez, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities said: “We trust that the project will contribute significantly to a robust Jordanian tourism sector through a unique mix of facilities that will accommodate, service and entertain tourists and locals.”

Further elaborating Eng Taher Al Jaghbir, CEO of the Abdali Boulevard Company said: “The conception of the Abdali Boulevard has helped us place tourism development as a top priority adding around 400 keys to the hospitality industry.”

The Boulevard includes a number of key features including a first-of-its-kind 370 meter long pedestrian walkway, high-street retail boutiques, restaurants and cafes. All scheduled to open during 2013.
