The Air India management is looking at normalising its international operations by mid-August. The airline’s operations were severely affected during the two month pilot strike. The national carrier will resume its first major international flight from Kochi to Riyadh in the first week of August, while international roster, fares and marketing plans for these routes are being discussed under a restoration strategy.
The 58-day strike forced Air India to trim its international schedule causing major disruption for outbound travellers.
