When Princess Cruises’ brand new 3600-passenger Royal Princess liner enters service in June 2013 it will be under the command of British Captain Tony Draper.
Captain Draper will lead a team of senior officers who collectively have more than 100 years of sea-going experience. Including fellow Brit staff captain Tim Stringer, chief engineer Fabio Bracelli, hotel general manager Dirk Brand and relief captain Dino Sagani.
The 141,000-ton Royal Princess, which is currently under construction in Italy, will debut a number of new features for Princess, including dramatic over-water ‘SeaWalk’, a larger atrium, a television studio and balconies on all outside staterooms. The liner will debut on 16 June 2013.
