Centra Coconut Beach Resort Samui is putting the finishing touches on renovation works which should be complete by the end of the year.
Located the southwestern tip of Samui Island, the resort was added to the Centara Hotels & Resorts collection in July 2012 and the upgrading is to comply with the rebranding.
One of the prime attractions is the new Cense by Spa Cenvaree, which is complemented by a fitness centre. The beachside pool area has also been remodelled along with the swim-up bar in the lagoon pool, and new outdoor seating has been provided for the lounge and the restaurant.
Elsewhere in the resort, balcony railings on the second-floor have been upgraded to make them childproof, a new fire alarm system has been installed, a new generator installed for emergency power backup, and kitchen equipment upgraded.
