Qatar Airways to fly Dreamliners to Scandinavia

Qatar Airways has revealed that it will deploy its Boeing 787 Dreamliners on three Scandinavian routes.
On 1 August this year, the Doha-based carrier will launch daily Dreamliner flights to the Swedish capital Stockholm. Then a month later on 1 September it will commence B787 services to the capitals of Denmark and Norway, Copenhagen and Oslo.
“Our Scandinavian routes have grown in stature and importance since we began flying to the region in 2007,” said Qatar Airways’ CEO, Akbar Al Baker.
“I am delighted that our Dreamliners will be introduced to Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo very soon providing our passengers with an unparalleled level of service and comfort to and from Scandinavia.”
Qatar Airways’ currently operates five B787s, all with 254 seats – 22 in business class and 232 in economy. All aircraft will be equipped with Wi-Fi.
The airline also has a further 54 Dreamliners on order.
