Norwegian Cruise Line is to focus on destinations in its new Trade Partners campaign.
In the scheme, the cruise line will be showcasing a different destination each month from August to December with insight and information to help agents sell cruises. These will include Alaska & Seattle, Baltics, New York, Tampa, New Orleans and Spain.
A webinar focused on Seattle and Alaska has already taken place this month in the ‘Norwegians Love Destinations’ campaign, which can now be viewed online.
Further webinars will take place each month as well as competitions for UK & Ireland travel agents.
“Our Partners First philosophy puts the trade at the heart of everything we do, and this campaign builds on our on-going commitment to helping agents in getting their cruise bookings rolling,” said Nick Wilkinson, director business development at Norwegian.
“We recognise that – when selling cruise – knowledge of the destination is vital, and the educational element of ‘Norwegians Love Destinations’ activity is designed to provide this knowledge,” he added.
