Dnata will handle airport operations at Clark International Airport in the Philippines. The announcement marks the company’s second location in the Philippines. The company will provide airport handling for Emirates Airline’s daily service from Dubai to Clark International as of 1 October 2013.
The airport serves the Greater Manila area and northern regions of Luzon. Last year the airport welcomed more than 700,000 passengers.
“Entering Clark International Airport shows our expansion and international footprint to 75 airports,” said Gary Chapman, president, Dnata.
As per the new contract, Dnata expects to hire an additional 30 individuals, growing Dnata’s team in the Philippines to more than 250.
