Air Asia moves to new terminal in Chennai

Air Asia has moved its operations to the New International Terminal at Chennai Airport (NITC).
With immediate effect, departures will be based and operated at NITC, while arrivals will be at the old terminal.
The new airport terminal is built with an investment of INR200 crore and can handle four million passengers annually. The terminal is equipped with five-level structure spanning 60508m² and 52 check-in counters.
