Royal Caribbean Cruise Line (RCL) has introduced a new global reservation system providing a more streamline service for travel agents and customers.

The new technology allows customers to receive the best rates for Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises based on factors such as loyalty programme status, promotions and individual details.

The improved platform is now available to travel agents and has been contacting agents to train them about how it works.

A new module and vodcast about the changes has also been put on the Cruising for Excellence training programme.

“The huge investment we’ve made is exciting news for all travel agents. Providing agents with the best tools to ensure that they can sell with confidence and ease has always been extremely important to us. With these improvements, agents will have the peace of mind that they are providing customers with the absolute best value possible,” said Nicki Tempest-Mitchell, head of trade sales at RCL.
