The Big Bus Tours Ltd recently launched its global brand, Big Bus Tours, following the merger of The Big Bus Company and Les Cars Rouges in 2011. The new brand roll out is expected to be fully complete by the first quarter of 2014.
Big Bus Tours becomes the single brand representing merged operations of Les Cars Rouges, Open Top Sightseeing Tours and Big Bus Tours. The company also in the last two months witnessed new operations in Vienna and Istanbul.
The new brand and livery clarifies ownership of the business. “With our new company branding and livery, we wanted to showcase our contemporary new look whilst retaining an element of the history and heritage sitting within the newly formed business,” explains Gerry Price, commercial director, Big Bus Tours.
The company currently operates in 15 cities across Europe, Asia and North America. The company has a combined fleet of over 300 buses carrying in excess of four million passengers per year.
