Wizz Air reports 12% growth

Wizz Air recently announced its 2013 figures which show that the airline carried 13.5 million passengers last year. This resulted in a growth of 12% year-on-year. The airline completed over 85,000 flights with an average load factor of 86%.
The fleet consisted of 45 Airbus A320 aircraft which will grow to 53 aircraft in 2014. This year will see the delivery of eight new Airbus aircraft. New routes have already been announced for 2014 which include Lviv in Ukraine and Craiova in Romania. There will also be expansion in existing operations across Bucharest, Budapest, Skopje, Sofia, Vilnius and Warsaw.
