Crystal Cruises will raise rates on a record number of cruises when its sale finishes on 1 March.
The cruise line has warned travellers they may soon not be able to get spaces on its 2014 itineraries as 78% of them are already sold out.
In addition its forward bookings into 2015 are 42% ahead of this time last year.
Crystal’s fares will increase a total of 94% on all 2014, 2015 and current 2016 voyages by the time its next ‘Book Now’ period finishes on 30 April 2014.
Crystal’s president Edie Bornstein attributed the success to support from travel agents; publishing its itineraries in advance; ship investments; service and high customer satisfaction ratings.
“Travellers who don’t book by the end of February risk not only losing out on great savings, but possibly any space at all,” he added.
