Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has launched a new ‘You Choose Your Cruise’ concept onboard one of its Southampton departures.

Passengers on the Braemar cruise from 10 October 2015 will be able to vote for their next port of call as the cruise progresses.

Each port will be chosen from two choices every 48 hours, with the initial choice between Vigo in Spain and Leixoes in Portugal.

Passengers will also have to choose between Malaga and Gibraltar; Barcelona and Palamos; Valencia and Palma; Cartagena and Alicante; Cadiz and Portimao and finally between Ferrol and La Coruna.

“This incredibly exciting and innovative cruise gives our guests the chance to ‘steer the ship’! At Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, we are always striving to offer our guests a special cruise experience and I think that I can say with some confidence that this is certainly a very different type of holiday,” said Fred. Olsen’s sales and marketing director Nathan Philpot.
