Princess Cruises’ newest ship Regal Princess has completed its sea trials ahead of its first sailing next month.
The 19-deck ship has successfully completed its steering, propulsion and navigation tests across five days in Italian waters.
The ship, which will first sail on 20 May, has now returned to its dock ready for its maiden voyage from Venice to Athens, Corfu, Mykonos and Istanbul.
Regal Princess is sister to Royal Princess with similar features as well as additional access to the promenade on deck seven so guests can walk the length of the ship and an extra swimming pool on the aft deck.
