Jet Airways has announced the launch of self check-on service on mobile devices.
The new check-in system operates on a platform that identifies a Jet Airways or JetKonnect booking reference (PNR) issued by the airline itself or a travel agent. In addition, the system has been enhanced to check-in passengers travelling with a child or infant as well as group bookings on a single PNR.
Passengers can also update their frequent flyer number, meal preferences for full service flights and an interactive seat map which displays emergency exit seats, companion seats and non-reclining seats during the check-in process.
Gaurang Shetty, Senior Vice President for Commercial at Jet Airways, said, “The new self check-in service is smart, easy, and seamless and uses cutting edge technology thereby providing guests with a higher level of convenience.”
