Royal Caribbean reveals new Cruise Planner
Guest Writers are not employed, compensated or governed by TD, opinions and statements are from the specific writer directly
Passengers on Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises ships can now pre-plan their activities and dining more easily on a new online platform.
The revamped Cruise Planner has simplified the advance booking process for holidaymakers so they can research and book products and services on their specific itinerary.
Holidaymakers will be able to see restaurant and beverage options, browse excursions and see custom recommendations for activities and services.
Changes can be made up to four days before departure and guests can print out a calendar colour coordinated to which party member is doing each activity.
“By taking cues from the technologies and resources that our guests use every day we have created a tool that is simple and intuitive to use and will transform our guests experience from the moment they begin planning their holiday. Once they step onboard, we want our guests to have nothing to do but simply enjoy themselves, and Cruise Planner makes that possible,” said Royal Caribbean Cruises’ president and COO Adam Goldstein.
