Etihad Airways opens arrival lounge

Etihad Airways recently opened its new arrival lounge at the Abu Dhabi International Airport. The facility will be operated by the airline offering for the exclusive use of first and business class guests. It is ideally located immediately after customs.
The lounge offers 10 shower units with amenities and linked to a complimentary service for clothes steaming. The innovative new ‘SHAVE by Etihad Airways’ concept has also been introduced inside the lounge which offers guests a complimentary wet shave by fully-qualified barbers.
Peter Baumgartner, chief commercial officer of Etihad Airways, said: “Our latest airport lounge has been launched following extensive market research into requirements of our first and business class guests. This facility has been specifically designed to meet their needs.”
